Due to the nature of this training course, the following terms and conditions apply to requests for refunds. Please read carefully.
Our policy offers a full refund no more than 3 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can help, so our policy is to advance you to a future class, availability permiting.
Execupro Training Academy™ and our payment process submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible if within 3 days of your purchase. No exceptions beyond the third day. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. More details can be found via Stripe.com at Customer refund processing time.
If a student does not report to class within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, Execupro Training Academy™ will not issue a refund.
If a strudIf a student is removed from class for safety violations, disciplinary action, or voluntary withdrawal, no refund will be issues.

To request a refund: Call the corporate office at (305) 225-0095 during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Leaving a voice message or email will not satisfy this requirement. You must speak with the office manager before the third day of your purchase. Before calling locate your receipt sent to the email address associated with your account when purchased. We can also help you attend another class in certain circumstances.
Email confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with the student account at the time of purchase. Beyond this, you must refer to your bank for further help.
